It is made in compliance with article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to also as "General Data Protection Regulation" or "GDPR") ("personal data protection code") and provides for the protection of persons and other subjects in relation to the processing of personal data. In accordance with the aforementioned legislation, such processing will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of your privacy and rights.

This privacy policy is issued by Comparoni Aldo S.r.l. in its capacity as the Data Controller of the information collected through the above-mentioned website (excluding other websites or digital sites owned by third parties that can be accessed through links, even if present on this site).

User data is collected by filling in online electronic information request forms; authorisation to process data by the website owner is explicitly obtained from the user by selecting the appropriate confirmation check on the form.

Before placing any request, users are asked to read this notice which specifies the data processing limits, purposes and methods.

In addition to Comparoni Aldo S.r.l.’s employees and collaborators, personal data may also be processed by third parties entrusted by the company with certain activities (or parts thereof) connected with or instrumental to the processing or provision of services requested.   • for the purposes indicated in art. 2.3. (marketing) for 48 (forty-eight) months from the time of issue of the specific and express consent to processing by users/visitors.

6. Optional provision of data

Save for what is specified for navigation data, users are free to provide (or not provide) their personal data. Failure to provide such data may only result in the impossibility of obtaining what has been requested.

7. Data subjects’ rights

Customers/users may at any time exercise their rights as set out below.

a. Access to personal data: to obtain confirmation of whether or not their data is being processed, in which case, access to the following information: purpose, categories of data, recipients, storage period, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, the right to request rectification or erasure or restriction of processing or to object to processing.

b. Request for rectification or erasure of the data or restriction of processing concerning them; "restriction" means the marking of the data stored with the aim of limiting their use in the future.

c. Objection to processing: to object on grounds relating to their particular situation to the processing of data for the performance of a task of a public nature or in pursuit of a legitimate interest.

The aforementioned rights may be exercised by sending a specific request to the Data Controller through the contact channels indicated in Section 1 of this privacy policy.

Requests relating to the exercise of the above rights will be processed without undue delay and, in any case, within one month of the request; only in cases of particular complexity and number of requests may this period be extended by a further 2 (two) months.
